찰스 T. 굿셀(지은이)
칼라마주대학을 거쳐 하버드대학교에서 석사와 박사학위를 마치고 버지니아 폴리테크닉 주립대학교와 푸에르토리코대학교, 남일리노이대학교에서 교수로 재직했다. 행정학과 더불어 라틴아메리카 문제와 공공건축 등에 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 지은 책으로 <공무원을 위한 변론(The Case for Bereaucracy)>, <미국의 주의회 의사당(The American Statehouse)>, <예술에 조명받고 영감받는 행정(Public Administration Illuminated and Inpired by the Arts)>, <시민 공간의 사회적 의미(The Social Meaning of Civic Space)>, <공적인 만남(Public Encounter)> 등이 있다.
