캐나다 퀘벡대학교의 Ecole de Technologie Superieure(ETS)의 교수이다. 독일 Otto von Guericke대학교에서 소프트웨어 엔지니어링으로 박사학위를 취득했으며, 20년 이상 은행과 통신업계에서 활동했다. 『Software Quality International Standard ISO 9126(part3)』의 공저자이며, 「Guide to the SWEBOK(Software Engineering Body of Knowledge)」의 품질과 소프트웨어 유지개선 챕터의 공저자이기도 하다.
알랭 아브랑(지은이)
캐나다 퀘벡대학교의 Ecole de Technologie Superieure(ETS)의 교수이자 학장이다. 2001~2003년 ISO/IEC JTC1 SC-Software and System Engineering의 국제 비서로서 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 표준 수립에 활발히 참여했으며, 현재 Common Software Measurement International Consortium(COSMIC)의 공동 의장을 맡고 있다. 그는 정보시스템 개발과 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 분야에서 20년 이상의 업계 경험을 갖고 있다.
