책소개
The main theme of this work is the question of limits and barriers to deregulation and liberalization of telecommunications. This theme appears in different contexts dealing with deregulation in the Nordic countries, industrial and labour market policies, globalization of telecommunication, public service in a competitive environment and the future European mobile market. The contributing papers reflect a discussion between proponents of further deregulation, emphasizing the barriers, and sceptical opponents to the ongoing liberalization process, stresssing the problems and limits.
