After a brief review of the structure and physical components of modern electric power systems, modeling, analysis, computation, and control concepts, Ilic and Zaborsky present a thorough account of power-system dynamics in a manner that is accessible and useful to readers with engineering and mathematical backgrounds ranging from moderate highly advanced, readers finding their own entry point where the material is not quite over their head.
