책소개
Braida (Italian, U. of Durham) explores the complex route and conveyances by which Dante's early-14th-century Divine Comedy traveled across countries and time to be rediscovered and canonized by the English literary establishment in the early-19th-century Romantic period. After surveying the pre-Romantic and early Romantic reception, she focuses on Shelley, Keats, and Blake. The study began as her doctoral dissertation for Oxford University; no date is noted.
