Jonathan Berk(지은이)
스탠퍼드대학교 경영대학원 석좌교수(A.P. Giannini Professor of Finance)이자 전미경제연구원연구위원이다. 스탠퍼드대학교에 부임하기 전에는 UC 버클리 하스경영대학원의 석좌교수(Sylvan Coleman Professor of Finance)를 역임하면서 기초 재무과목을 가르쳤다. 예일대학교에서 박사학위를 취득하기 전 골드만삭스에서 근무했는데, 그의 재무 교육은 사실상 이때부터 시작되었다고 할 수 있다.
