미국 전문 심리학 위원회(ABPP), 국가 공인 상담자(NCC)는 풀러턴 캘리포니아 주립대학교의 사회복지 및 상담 명예교수이다. 미국 전문심리학회 상담심리학 자격 취득자이고, 상담심리사 면허를 취득했으며, 미국 상담학회, 미국 집단 상담 전문가 학회, 미국 심리학회 17분과와 49분과의 펠로우이다. Marianne Schneider Corey와 함께 2011년에는 미국 정신건강 상담사 학회로부터 종신 공로상을, 2001년에는 집단 상담 전문가 학회의 탁월한 경력상을 수상했다.
