저자소개

존 R. 카첸바흐(지은이)

부즈 앤 컴퍼니(Booz & Company)의 파트너이며 리더십, 조직문화, 조직성과 등에 특화된 컨설팅 서비스를 제공하는 카젠바흐센터(Katzenbach Center)의 대표다. 그는 지난 수십 년간 맥킨지 컨설팅사를 포함하여 위에 언급된 회사에서 경영 컨설턴트로서의 경력을 쌓아왔으며, 팀의 지혜(Wisdom of Teams), 정점의 성과(Peak Performance), 왜 자부심이 금전보다 더 중요한가(Why Pride Matters More Than Money) 등을 포함하여 다양한 저서와 수많은 칼럼을 썼다. 그는 1954년 스탠포드 대학교를 우수한 성적(파이 베타 캅빠의 회원)으로 졸업하고 한국전 당시 해군 중위로 근무했다. 1959년 하버드 대학교에서 베이커 장학생으로 경영학 석사MBA학위를 받았다.
