기어리 러믈러(지은이)
뉴저지 와렌에 소재하는 러믈러-브라키 그룹(RBG)의 창립자이며 파트너를 역임했다. 조직성과시스템 설계와 인력개발 분야 전문가인 그는 RBG에서 미국 국내외 기업과 정부조직의 컨설팅 및 교육훈련 사업을 해왔다. 2002년에는 PDL(Performance Design Lab)을 창립하고 성과 개선과 프로세스 관리 분야의 컨설팅, 저술 그리고 강연 활동을 활발히 해왔다. 2008년 10월 29일 타계했다.
앨런 브라키(지은이)
RBG의 파트너이면서 CEO를 겸임했다. 비즈니스 프로세스의 파악, 문서화, 분석, 설계, 측정 및 지속적 개선을 통해서 전략을 실행하는 동시에 중요 문제들을 해결하는 방법론인 프로세스 개선 및 관리는 그의 초점 분야이다. 1997년부터는 케프너-트레고(Kepner-Tregoe)의 부사장으로 일하고 있다.
