하버드대 경영대학원에서 석좌 교수로 재직 중이며, GMP(General Management Program) 과정의 학장이자 Driving Digital Strategy(디지털 전략 추진) 과정 중 경영자 프로그램의 공동 학장을 맡고 있다. 디지털 전략 분야의 전문가로 셀 수 없이 많은 기업을 대상으로 전 세계에서 세미나와 컨설팅을 진행해 왔다. 2권의 책을 저술했으며 수많은 기사로 소개되었다. 또한, 각종 사례 연구와 강의 노트를 저술하고 디지털 전환과 관련한 도서 제작에 동참하기도 했다. 국내외에서 다수의 연구 수상 경력이 있다. 현재 US푸즈의 이사이며 여러 스타트업의 자문 위원으로도 활동 중이다.
