저자소개

그레첸 M. 스프라이처(지은이)

남부 캘리포니아 대학 마샬 경영 대학원 교수이며, 효울적 조직센터 및 리더십 연구소의 연구위원이다. 주로 경영능력 계발 분야 연구에 중점을 두고 폭넓은 현장 연구를 해오고 있다. 1997년에는 서부 경영 아카데미가 뽑은 '떠오르는 학자'로 선정되기도 하였다.

로버트 E. 퀸(지은이)

미시간대학교 경영대학원의 ‘조직행동과 인적자원관리 그룹(Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management Group)의 학과장으로 재직하고 있다. MBA코스와 관리자육성과정에 출강하고 있으며, 그의 강의는 독특한 교수기법으로도 잘 알려져 있다. 퀸 교수는 특히 리더십, 비전 수립, 변혁의 분야를 전문으로 하고 있으며 그것과 관련된 많은 저서와 논문을 집필했다. 그의 대표서 『딥체인지』는 출간 당시 미국경영계의 화두로 떠오르며 베스트셀러가 되었다. 후속으로 새로운 ‘리더십’을 위한 변화전략 『리딩 체인지(Building the Bridge As You Walk On It: AGuide for Leading Change)』(늘봄)와 『The Deep Change Field Guide』를 출간했다. 그 외에도 『합리적 경영관리를 넘어서(Beyond Rational Management)』, 『완벽한 경영자가 되는 방법(Becoming a Master Manager)』, 『Change the World』, 『The Positive Organization』 등 다수의 경영서를 펴냈다.
