Richard L. Hughes(지은이)
Hughes 박사는 창조적 리더십 센터(CCL: Center for Creative Leadership)와 미국 공군사관학교에서 교수로 재직하였다. 창조적 리더십 센터는 행동과학 연구 및 리더십교육에 공헌하는 국제조직이다. 이 창조적 리더십 센터에서 그는 주로 전략적 리더십과 조직문화변화 영역의 고위층과 일했다. 그는 또한 10년간의 행동과학과 리더십 학과장 보직을 포함하여 초기의 경력을 공군사관학교에서 쌓았다. 임상심리학자이자 미국 공군사관학교의 졸업생인 그는 Texas대학에서 석사학위를, Wyoming 대학에서 박사학위를 받았다.
