케네스 토마스(지은이)
퍼듀대학교에서 경영학 박사 학위를 받았다. 2002년 현재 캘리포니아주 몬터레이에 있는 해군대학원(Naval Postgraduate School)의 경영학과 교수다. UCLA, 템플대학교, 피츠버그대학교에서 경영학과 교수로 재직했고, 박사 과정 프로그램의 주임 교수였다. 연구 뿐만 아니라 교육 훈련 및 컨설팅에도 많은 경험이 있는데, 특히 갈등 관리에 대한 연구와 훈련 프로그램으로 세계적인 명성을 얻고 있다.
