팟캐스트 <Wow in the world>의 공동 제작자·진행자로, 뉴욕타임스로부터 ‘역사상 가장 인기 있는 팟캐스터’라는 찬사를 받았어요. 이전에는 라디오 방송국 NPR의 과학 전문 프로그램 <테드 라디오 아워>를 제작하고 진행했어요. 라디오 방송 분야에서 20년 넘게 일했고, 해외 특파원으로서 외국의 전쟁 소식을 취재한 경험도 있지요. 두 아들의 아버지인 그는 현재 미국 샌프란시스코에 살면서 종종 빨간 바지를 입고 자전거 타기를 즐긴답니다.
