William G. Dyer(지은이)
1958년부터 현재까지 브리검 영 대학교의 경영대학(원)에서 강의도 하고 컨설팅도 함께 해오고 있다. 그는 12권의 책과 70여편의 논문을 발표했고, 또 팀 빌딩에 관한 도구, 테이프와 매뉴얼을 제작했다. 기업, 정부, 교육, 종교기관들과 가족문제에 대한 컨설팅을 하기 위해 많은 나라를 방문했다. 그는 브리검 영 대학교 경영대학(원)의 학과장, 학장, 원장을 역임했으며, 직접 컨설팅회사를 설립하여 Exxon Oil, General Foods, General Mills, AT&T와 Honeywell 같은 회사들을 컨설팅하였다. 그의 저서 <팀빌딩> 초판은 팀에 관한 책으로서는 미국에서 최초로 출판된 책이었다.
